One to One · At the Ranch

One person. One horse.
One afternoon.

The quietest way to find out what this work actually is.

How a session runs

You will not be asked to explain yourself.

Kim opens it, holds the middle, and closes it.

In between, the horse does what the horse does, and the two of you get curious about it.

No riding. No arena. No script.

Who comes

Some people come because something ended.

A marriage. A job. A person.

Some come because nothing ended and they still feel lost.

You will not be asked to explain it.

What it is good for

Feeling stuck and not knowing why.

Disconnected

From the work, the people, or the version of yourself you remember being.

Overwhelmed

Carrying more than you can put down, and out of ideas for how.

At a turn

A decision in front of you that thinking about harder has not solved.

Kim walks alongside you. She is a coach, not a clinician, and she has never claimed otherwise. If a licensed clinician is what you need, she will tell you kindly and point you to one. You are welcome here either way.

Booking

Start with a call.

Fifteen minutes with Kim, free, to see whether this is the right thing at all.

If it is not, she will tell you.

Cohort One begins November 6

Twelve seats. One cohort.

Healing Hearts with Horses offers equine-assisted coaching and personal development. Kim supports people through change, loss, overwhelm and the questions that come with them, on the ground, alongside the horses. She is a coach, not a licensed mental-health or medical provider, and this work does not replace care from one.
